Welcome to Small Eco Space: Big Living with a Small Footprint
Living sustainably doesn’t require a sprawling homestead or acres of land. It starts right here, in the space you already have.
Hi! I’m Greg, and I am so glad you’re here.
If you are trying to live a greener life but feel limited by square footage, a rental agreement, or a tight budget, you are in the right place. Small Eco Space was created to prove that you don’t need a big house to make a big difference.
About the Blog
I started this site with a simple mission: to explore the intersection of small-space living and sustainability.

Here, you’ll find tips on:
- 🌿 Small Space Solutions: Storage hacks and decor ideas that maximize space without the clutter.
- ♻️ Sustainable Swaps: Honest reviews of eco-friendly products that actually fit in small apartments.
- ✨ Minimalism & Mindset: How to own less, appreciate more, and curate a home that brings you joy.

About Me
I’m a Graphic designer / teacher / sustainability enthusiast currently living in New York City in a 600 sq ft apartment.
My journey to sustainability started when I realized my small closet was overflowing with clothes I never wore. I also wanted to live sustainable and reduce my waste footprint by reducing my food waste and using it for something, well, useful!
I am not perfect at zero-waste living (I still buy the occasional akeout coffee in a paper cup, but I believe in progress over perfection. I’m learning as I go, and I’m sharing everything I learn right here with you.
